Eight steps, one platform — from the company's request to the final report delivered to the client.

    Assessment request

    The company submits a request: company name, point of contact, candidate data, position, seniority, competencies to evaluate and notes about the search.

  2. 2

    Invitation

    The candidate receives an email with a welcome, an explanation of the process, the estimated duration, an access link and the informed consent.

  3. 3

    Candidate experience

    The candidate completes personal data, optionally uploads a CV, answers an initial questionnaire and accesses the assigned assessments.

  4. 4

    Assessment experience

    Psychometric tests, competency evaluation and the AI adoption module — combined according to the process.

  5. 5

    Professional interview (40 min)

    The candidate schedules an individual interview with a psychologist to explore background, competencies, motivations and findings from the tests.

  6. 6

    Comprehensive analysis

    From the internal panel, responses and results are reviewed, clinical observations are added and all information is consolidated.

  7. 7

    Report generation

    An editable report is produced: general data, interview summary, results, competencies, strengths, development areas, AI usage, conclusion and final recommendation.

  8. 8

    Delivery to client

    The report is downloaded as a PDF, sent by email and made available in the company portal.
