How long does the assessment take?+

Online assessments are completed at the candidate's own pace, plus a 40-minute interview scheduled with the psychologist. The exact duration is shown in the invitation email.

Is the interview always included?+

Yes. Every process includes an individual 40-minute interview conducted by a psychologist — it is one of the main differentials of the service.

Why do you ask for context about the role and the candidate?+

We don't assess people in the abstract: we understand them in relation to the challenge they'll take on, the team they'll be part of and the culture where they'll grow. That's why, when you request an assessment, we ask for a bit of context about the role; the more you tell us, the more tailored the report.

What is the AI adoption module?+

A module included in every assessment that evaluates how the candidate uses Artificial Intelligence: tools, frequency, autonomy, judgment and ability to validate generated information.

How do I track the status of an assessment?+

In the company dashboard each profile shows which stage it's in: Assessments in progress, Interview scheduled, Preparing the report, and Report ready. Each status includes a short explanation of what's happening and what comes next, and we notify you by email at the key milestones.

What reminders and notifications are sent during the process?+

The person receives the invitation plus automatic reminders if they don't enter or leave the assessment unfinished. The company gets alerts at every key milestone: when the person is invited, when they start, when they finish, and when the report is ready, plus alerts if the process stalls.

What happens if the person doesn't start or finish the assessment?+

The system sends automatic email reminders to the person so they start and complete their assessment within the deadline. If they still don't progress, the company gets a notification with the process status (not started, in progress, or incomplete) so it can follow up.

Can an assessment request be cancelled?+

Yes. The company can cancel an assessment request from its dashboard as long as the process hasn't finished. The person stops receiving reminders and the process is cancelled.

What does the final report include?+

General data, objective, interview summary, test results (personality and aptitudes), competency evaluation, strengths, development areas, AI usage level, a professional conclusion and a final recommendation.

How is the report delivered?+

It can be downloaded as a PDF and, in addition, shared by email with other people (for example, other people involved in the hiring process). It also remains available in the company portal.
